I recognize the need for a strong Union and that’s why I support my Union. Together we can improve our jobs, community, and lives. I voluntarily authorize my employer to deduct from my wages an amount equal to regular monthly dues, as shall be certified by IBEW Local 77 under its constitution and bylaws and to remit those amounts to IBEW Local 77. If I decide to resign as a member, I will provide written notice to both the Union and my employer, with my valid signature, of my desire to revoke this authorization. My signature below strengthens our Union to win Dignity, Justice and Fairness in the workplace. This authorization only applies to me while I am in a classification covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
